Bank machine swallowed my card outside, went into branch and says what had happened to be told that it’s out of service and it says so on the screen, it doesn’t as shown in picture attached, was told I need to cancel my card and get another one as they can’t access this bit, no apology just that’s that, 2 days before... read full comment
