“I have only just joined the Nationwide Building Society after I recently opened an account in their Glasgow Argyle Street branch. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful there and the staff in the Greenock branch are exactly the same ?? I believe banking should still be a cross between being able to have the assistance of an individual in a branch if needed and online too. That swung it for me and feel I clearly made the right choice in choosing the Nationwide over other banks who quite honestly, seemed really more interested in their own online banking system than truly assisting an actual customer in their own branch if wanting to set up a new account ??♂️ Thanks guys and keep up the good work ??”
“Great staff. I went in with, what I thought was, a counterfeit £50 note. They sorted it right out for me. It turned out to be a picture of my wife at her 50th birthday party that she’d slipped into my wallet.”
