Was in earlier and all the staff seem nice but this one lady at the til was quite racist. Clearly tell she has a problem and it’s not the first time. Her name is Kim I’m sure

Returning stuff via Evri and staff have no idea what they're doing with it and are rude. Don't over the service if you aren't going to train your staff

Absolutely terrible service at Tesco this morning. I came in with a return for Evri, and the staff were completely unhelpful and totally ununderstanding.
