Had a problem with a pair of shoes that the colour bled. Took them in to ask what time do and was offered a replacement pair. Staff were really friendly and helpful and great chat

I always shop in Schuh Argyle Street Glasgow for my Converse high tops, traveled in by train for a new pair...big let down today came home empty handed. Went online to the Converse site new pair coming next week. I'll keep their site in mind & save the disappointment.
