Had a couple of issues that I couldn't get resolved over the phone so took the chance to look into the Argyle steet branch just after opening time without an appointment. Not only was I greeted within a few moments but Shannon took the time to resolve both of my issues without any fuss, I just had to finish on-line enquiries...

This branch is part of an opening hours pilot. We will be open until 17.00, Monday to Friday, with the counter closing at 15.00. On Saturdays, we will be open until 16.00, with counter closing at 12.30. All other services remain available. Santander is a large retail and commercial bank.
