Shambles of a service, hold on to mail until they think it is worthwhile delivering a number of letters ! 13 days to deliver a first class letter along with weeks of "junk mail" and opening hours are a joke,be as well closing this depot altogether as it isnt fit for purpose

Absolutely ridiculous you cannot call depot directly and are expected to hang on for half an hour to speak to customer services. Also 8-10am opening hours is no good to anyone. 3 times now Royal Mail have held onto parcels saying not enough postage paid and they have been wrong, therefore parcels are delayed in being sent... read full comment
