“I am usually not the one to write a review about a post office but this must be said, the customer service of this establishment is fantastic. The younger gentleman is very efficient and observant of what the customers are doing and wanting to have done when they enter the premises. I don't normally notice good customer service, but when it goes slightly beyond of average, it is noticeable.”

“I was in this fabulous post office today, to have my passport renewed using their digital 'click and send' service. It was a great experience, as well as being reliable and very cost-effective.I had been dreading the whole thing - I hate having my photograph taken. However, Natalie, who arranged everything for me, was lovely and kind - so much so, that I happily relaxed.Meanwhile, the young man who let me through the door at 9am sharp was so polite and friendly.This is my favourite Post Office, and I always make a point of using it when I can. “People need to understand that Sub Post Offices can be very busy places and they operate on very small margins.I found the counter staff to be very flexible and patient if you told them clearly what you wanted.(I wanted to send a letter to New Zealand with the new King's head postage stamp on it rather than a computer generated label and the lady behind the counter was very patient and helpful when I explained this to her.)This place has very convenient opening hours and is very clean and well organizedPeople need to be more tolerant and give reviews that are more fair and balanced.”
