Absolutely appalling customer service. Very rude staff. Only go in for a parcel collection occasionally but it’s enough to warrant a bad review on here. If you can avoid collecting your parcel from here please do.

Rude staff. I dont usually go out of my way to make negative reviews, but the rudeness of the staff, which plenty of others have pointed out, made me feel it was necessary. It takes more effort to be rude than to just show a little bit of decency.
