I went in today 16/12/24 to get help retrieving historical bank statements in order to purchase a property. The branch manager, apologies I didn’t get her name, was fantastic. She went above and beyond to help me out and is an absolute credit to your organisation so a massive thank you to her.

Incompetent banking systems with digital systems that are not suitable for digital phone systems after 2 days have decided to close my account.

Had a phone call from the Branch Manager here about a complaint I made online. A complaint made on Friday evening, called on Monday afternoon.She was very helpful and understanding of my issue and I trust this branch is run in the same way. I would happily do my banking here whenever I am in the area.
