Received wrong item when ordered online - after a week no one is responding or advising me how to deal so I can receive the item I ordered. I ordered a handbag and got 2 clothing items. House of Frasers disgusting my mum who is 70 bought a jacket in August was supposed to be delivered by Evri which wasn’t delivered, my mum has evidence that the picture the courier took was still in his van and no proof of delivery to my mum, she has sent a dispute and House of Fraser shame on you still not resolved this... read full comment
