Recently ordered online and realised one of the items was wrong size (my fault). Called Greaves and Paul checked stock and found the right size. He put it aside for me to make an exchange the next day hassle free. The customer service from staff in this store is second to none and I always recommend to others ?

I like visiting this store every so often as they stock a different variety of things, however I really hate way staff flank both sides of the entrance and chat to each other over the main passageway - given the small size of the store it makes for a very uncomfortable, almost confrontational atmosphere entering as a customer.
