I had bought shoes from Clarks for my daughter. They were very nice, and the design was absolutely stunning. My daughter liked them a lot and said that we will definitely visit this shop again.

I called head office and directed to visit store were i made the purchase. My sons school shoes after 5 months had deteriorated inside beyond acceptable. There was holes in the insoles but the outside of the shoe was fine. The manager was off on Sunday the 17th March the assistant manager i think called Julie was not sympathetic... read full comment
