Great central location close to the railway station. Had a toasted panini for breakfast and it was fine. Service was quick n good.
Plenty of different seats n tables on ground floor, but groups of 4 appear to be the max. Seating fine for smaller groups

Can be very busy and staff can be very helpful or very rude. Cash skills are a bit of a problem so card is recommended instead of trying to get a trainee to figure out change

The food tastes really bland. The coffee?s decent. Americano is the only go to. The view is great. As usual their customer service is terrible. Yea, their loyalty stamps is the only thing I?m trying to explore and that?s the only way they can persuade customers. I just hope they improve on their customer service and cleanliness.

Great location and staff member was polite and timely.
Hot chocolate is one of the best I?ve tried from cafes-better than the Starbucks and costa.
The white choc gingerbread cake was really nice-soft and flavoursome.
Recommend.

After ordering a ?large white Americano? I was offered a small one, then had to repeat the order three more times, I was then asked if I wanted milk in it ? and the coffee was the worst I?ve had in a cafe nero

Very good breakfast and very friendly staff, I forgot my raincoat at the premises, the next day I went and the girl with short hair and glasses kept it for me
