The two "baristas" serving on Thursday 28th Dec at 8.45 a.m. need retrained immediately. Rude doesn't cover it. Tables dirty. Fridge not stocked. Milk delivery lying out on the floor while staff stood around on phones. My hot drink was freezing.

Poor show this cafe Nero . Two girls serving seem so uninterested actually they ended up sitting yapping at a table rather than serve leaving one girl to serve .
