Very poor performance overall.Visited their premises last week - one member of staff only, she was trying to deal with customer but I felt she could have at least acknowledged me.Gave up waiting, returned a couple of hours later.I left my number with her - to be fair, she did call me back.Told her what I required - she... read full comment
