“I chose to contact Travel Guru as my local travel agent where I knew I could speak with a human being about a last-minute family holiday. I did not fancy the prospect of taking time to put information into a website only to get offered the opposite of what I was looking for with the price changing every time I clicked my mouse. I emailed Travel Guru with our information, a date window and budget. Lisa came back a few hours later with several options, varying prices and plenty of resort detail. We reviewed this overnight and decided none of the options were for us. Lisa didn’t flinch the following morning when I moved goals. She patiently listened and came back with more options one of which was the perfect last-minute holiday for us. The communication from Lisa was quick and friendly, booking the holiday was easy. Despite the holiday being last minute she managed to get us four seats together for both journeys. The holiday itself was super and the perfect break for us. Thank you Lisa, I will definitely use Travel Guru again.”
“Our guide Brenda Anderson took us on a food tour in Glasgow featuring a pub adventure, afternoon tea and a whisky tasting. We were specially pleased with the Afternoon Tea part of the tour because Brenda took us to the Mackintosch tea room (Willow Tea Rooms Building - Mackintosh at the Willow), which we were keen to visit. Brenda was so excited to talk about Scottish cuisine and to take us on this tour, it was impossible not to get excited with her. It was a really warm day in Glasgow, and it was very convenient that the three places she took us to were close to one another. Thank you Brenda and keep up the good work!”
