Headed out to Boots in Buchanan Galleries yesterday to help my friend, who was pretty new to using makeup, find some makeup products. We were confused regarding shade matches and how to use different products. Lauren helped us out. She explained the purpose of each product and was very patient and kind to answer all questions. She offered a personalized experience tailored to our needs and preferences, as my friend has a mobility disorder making it difficult for her to hold and apply products on her face. Her colleagues Tina and Rachel were also extremely helpful as well and the three of them ensured we had a positive experience.

Had my pneumonia vaccine here today and it was a very positive experience.
Pharmacist explained everything to me very clearly and he was friendly and respectful.

I never write bad reviews, but today's situation in this store made me angry. I had problems with my facial skin, I was looking for a foundation that wouldn't aggravate the situation. A sales consultant (a woman aged 60-65) in the Clinique cosmetics department decided to help me. She started providing outdated information about the product, thereby discouraging me from buying it. Without taking anything from the cosmetics department, I went to the cashier because I wanted to pay for other products. As soon as I turned away, this woman started talking to another colleague about me in a very disrespectful tone. This situation left a very unpleasant feeling, since it is not normal to discuss clients, and especially to make fun of their problems

Thanks to Lauren today for helping me with getting the right make up products. She spent around an hour with me talking through the look I wanted to achieve, showing me multiple options. She was so lovely the whole time, and never pressurised me into buying any particular products or spending more money than needed. I'd highly recommend Lauren if anyone needs advice. Thank you to sales assistant Gabriella who made me feel thoroughly discriminated against as she watched me browse for my bath stuff.
