Staff are so unhelpful. Not even an apology for the length of time waiting. Stood in queue while staff talked about what they were up to at weekend. Then when I was called forward the teller couldn't help me. Said to wait on seat and someone would help me. She was about as useful as a chocolate teapot. You could clearly... read full comment
