I've been with bank of Scotland for a long time but this place is very bad stuff are very rude unhelpful my card doesn't work so I wanted it renewed so I showed my ID everything but I have recently moved so they asked me for a new address which I give still couldn't get my new card sent bad bad service management terrible... read full comment

Cashier was so helpfull in understanding my problem. And asked me to wait in the customer sitting area. A nice gentleman helped and understood my problem with my account and I was so welcomed. Great guy who helped me solve my issues.
