I don’t recommend going here. The customer service is poor, and the staff tells you to do everything online, making them redundant and unhelpful. I hope they improve their training, as I won’t be coming back until they do.

Staff didn’t acknowledge me at all when I visited - stood chatting to each other. One chewing gum. Just felt really unwelcome and had no idea which queue to join. Won’t be back
