Went in to ask a question about the cash point outside and the service agent Pat just answered ‘I don’t know‘ repeatedly with out trying to be any help at all.. Honestly completely unhelpful and rude

Person at the desk had abrupt manner and gave me misinformation (compared to what the BoS website states) to my enquiry about means to open an account. Unpleasant ambience in the bank added to an uncomfortable experience. I will think again about becoming a customer.
