“I am usually not the one to write a review about a post office but this must be said, the customer service of this establishment is fantastic. The younger gentleman is very efficient and observant of what the customers are doing and wanting to have done when they enter the premises. I don't normally notice good customer service, but when it goes slightly beyond of average, it is noticeable.”

“I was in this fabulous post office today, to have my passport renewed using their digital 'click and send' service. It was a great experience, as well as being reliable and very cost-effective.I had been dreading the whole thing - I hate having my photograph taken. However, Natalie, who arranged everything for me, was lovely and kind - so much so, that I happily relaxed.Meanwhile, the young man who let me through the door at 9am sharp was so polite and friendly.This is my favourite Post Office, and I always make a point of using it when I can. The staff are consistently wonderful, friendly and efficient.Thank you, folks - you are all appreciated!”

“We attended The Three Craws for Christmas Lunch today. The pub was set up beautifully, candles on our table and amazing open fire. The food was lovely, plentiful and well presented. “A spacious shop with a good range of magazines and newspapers. There are also various provisions, fresh snacks, cold drinks and large racks of confectionery. You can play the lottery too and there's a free cashpoint outside. The friendly lady who was serving in there yesterday afternoon could not have been nicer. She pointed out some current special offers which I would otherwise have missed and then gave me some excellent travel directions to another town where I was heading next!”

“The operation here is quite efficient and smooth without any haggles, this is facilitated by the experienced staff (I guess..). Wheelchair accessibility is available. Most home and office stationery are available on the shelf; and much fun to see are the kids study tools and games. You can get a tennis ? racket and ball for kids here.I can’t tell how busy this Post Office is as this is not evident during the COVID lockdown and restriction; I will provide that after the restrictions are eased.”

“The staff in this RBS seem to go out of their way to help you, and are very friendly despite the fact it's busy and looks stressful to work in! A couple of years ago, however, I would've scored this place with three stars as a member of staff managed to mess up some of my banking, and was pretty slow when she was serving me. I'm a very patient person but it took her almost an hour. After waiting that long for a resolution, your patience runs out. Thankfully I have been in here countless times since, and have always found the staff to be lovely and quite efficient. RBS got their fair share of stick during the recession, but with their student current accounts and easy to manage overdraft I would say they are the best of the big bad banks out there. I've seldom encountered financial problems since banking with them. And the friendly nature of the staff working here makes managing my money that little bit easier!”

“I have recently started shopping here and I love it not so much because I love grocery shopping but what used to be a chore is quite a pleasant experience and this is due mostly to the staff. The staff are just amazing. They are professional but extremely friendly and always willing to help. They take time to talk to you while showing you how to locate an item. You can have a laugh and just feel uplifted by the experience. Too often now supermarkets are depersonalized but this store has retained its customer focus.
