I shop here sometimes and it’s usually ok but the Asian woman working at the sushi counter at lunch time was so friendly and helpful, genuinely put a smile on my face for the rest of the day. A wee ray of sunshine, thanks so much!

They will categorically refuse to own up to a mistake on their part. Won’t check on CCTV as apparently it’s against EDPR. That’s the point of CCTV then? Dunno! Confrontational and argumentative. Avoid.
