Super helpful and great service from Joanne. Went in looking for a product, left with lots of information for getting more out of my iPhone! Especially using location services, different home screens, and focus mode to customize my phone.

Unfortunately couldn’t give a zero star rating. Came in to have an old iPod reactivated, was told yes can do that no problem if you come back in (15 minutes) they can sort it, went away came back 10 mins later best be early for appointments.
