After having breakfast on Friday which was great, we decided to book a table for lunch on Saturday and we weren't disappointed again. Great soup and main meals. Hot and tasty. You have to try the cakes ? Ask for an extra hot latte and you get an extra hot latte. Great staff ??????????

We visited for burgers on a Friday night. There was a great choice of burgers and sides, very tasty, well presented. Fab staff, very busy and popular. Lovely wine to go with the meal and a good choice of desserts too

Do not sleep on this place, it?s the best restaurant in gatehouse. They have this burger night they do on Fridays legit I wish they had it going daily because it SLAPS. All of their food is incredible I cannot wait to show my friends and family but I HIGHLY recommend this place They have very kind staff and also great coffee

Had a lovely lunch today. Didn?t catch our waitresses name but she was a credit to the business. Very welcoming and couldn?t do enough for us and our kids. Food was really nice and service was so quick, when eating with kids this is really appreciated. The kids toy selection was a nice touch and kept them occupied while we ate. Was so enjoyable we booked to come back on Friday to try their burger night!

Came in for lunch today after a walk around the town and nature walk. Had the tomato and bacon broth with bread was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be back in before we finish our holidays in the area. Would love to have the recipe so hubby can have over the winter. Great cafe 5 ****

Wonderful bakery. Delicious espresso drinks, scones, quiche, soups. Cute shop, great cards. Excellent breakfast and lunch spot. Terrific service, we loved coming in most of the 5 days we were in your charming Gatehouse of Fleet for a cycling tour. Well done! Thank you.

We love going to the lodge for breakfast with the family, the food is always fantastic and the coffee is even better! Also worth trying the burger night that they run on a Friday night in the summer!

Found this cafe after cycling the Laurieston to GofF road and then revisited a few times during our weeks holiday. The pecan pie was outstanding but then so was the treacle tart and the eggs Benedict. It?s a really good cup of coffee too!! There?s loads of space and it?s right by the big carpark so we did our bottle recycling at the same time.

Went here for breakfast with my two daughters the egg Benedict was absolutely fantastic i?ve even got a vegetarian option. staff are very friendly. absolutely beautiful building inside. i?ve got a little shop so you can take away your food or even buy some jam and marmalade. go and try it won?t be disappointed. Absolutely fabulous

Galloway lodge is a hidden gem for the south of scotland. Their friday night burger night is divine. There simply isn't a burger like this in the region. The garlic fries were incredible.
