Small parcel from Hawick to Galashiels11 working days and still not here.The tracking number is useless, all you get is we have to tried to deliver yet, come back later. Royal Fail

Parcel was supposed to have been delivered the next working day, never was, but according to their redelivery sticker on the parcel it was attempted even though the postie scribbled down the wrong date and scrubbed it out and put the right one on.
