Only getting one star because reception spoke to me when I went up and didn?t tell me to phone duty of care a joke husband was in ambulance hooked up and booked in before they even got back to me after explaining to nurse practitioner she laughed and said that?s fine somebody seen him triage a joke 1.hour 30mins even though I told them his kidneys dry up due to dehydration with stoma

Doctors are great, receptions on the other hand are another story. Trying to ask for anything over the phone, even an ETA on a doctors letter is like pulling teeth they just don't care or don't want to know. They won't take any details and follow up, it is like they don't want to be there.You follow their process to the letter yet you get treated as like you have ruined there day and should not be wasting there time.

Can't fault them, the doctor that I've been in contact with regarding my medication over a period of 3 months has been wonderful and booked in regular check ups over the phone.

I have been to see Anne-Marie, the nurse practitioner twice now regarding an infection in my leg. She is amazing!, very professional and does not waste any time getting results. Thank you Anne-Marie.

I am at a loss where to start. Horrible receptionists who seem to rather focus on their own personal conversations rather than do their jobs, oh and don?t let me forget to mention the rudeness they would bestow on the poor, sick and the weak who are seeking medical advice from the people who were supposed to didactic their lives to the medical world.Needless to say I am surprised that this disgrace of medical location wasn?t reviewed and shut down yet but coming from my own experience if you are seeking help from this location, be prepared to wait weeks for an appointment that is highly to get your medical problems wrong which will cause you to wait another few days, weeks or even months until one doctor could finally pin point the source of your problems? but that is if luck is on your side.To summarise you might as well ask a homeless man or a child about your problems and they would provide better service and advice than this location.

This place is absolutely a joke I have been suffring stomach problems for 2 month know this morning I woke up to find blood in back passage too be told by them I have to wait till end next week for a appointment then ask to make complaint they said it had to be in righting even thou I struggle with that trust me don?t use this docs I?ll only be disappointed
