Doctors are great, receptions on the other hand are another story. Trying to ask for anything over the phone, even an ETA on a doctors letter is like pulling teeth they just don't care or don't want to know. Can't fault them, the doctor that I've been in contact with regarding my medication over a period of 3 months has been wonderful and booked in regular check ups over the phone.
