“Arrived early for my appointment but was able to wait in a warm and comfortable environment until the optician was available to see me. Efficient and business like explanation of my condition and advised that I would be referred for cataract removal. Explanation of risks associated with the operation and approx time for it to be performed. Passed on to very pleasant lady who dealt with my new spectacles selection and engaged in interesting conversation while we were together.”

She is clearly a highly experienced and knowledgable individual (as well as being absolutely lovely) and I’m feeling supported and excited to try the options she has suggested.I also want to note that it’s the first optician I have ever been to where nobody made any comments about how high my prescription was, thanks for not making me feel different ? He was brilliant with my Mum, great communication with her, explaining everything he was doing and a sense of humour too! ?Definitely would recommend. Excellent service from reception staff too.”
