I went into the branch to change my title. Simple enough right? Not for these idiots apparently. Attempt one I was told by the young guy and the older blonde woman that I need to bring in my marriage certificate to get my title changed after the guy fannied about on the app on my phone for 10 minutes, not his fault really... read full comment

Going through difficult times with bereavement and not dealing with the bank much (all done by my wife ) I would like to say a massive thank you to Aarron the assistant that guided me through every thing even internet banking.
