“Had an issue when switching banks from Natwest to Halifax. Was advised by Internet banking team to head to BOS site for help. Met by the slightly eccentric and hilarious Eleanor and I mean that in the nicest way possible!! She handled my query professionally, made small talk with my daughter and ensured I was sorted before leaving the branch and gave me signposting to any additional help if needed. A credit to the bank!!”

“Staff there if needed but the lack of outside ATMs is a pain as now everything is done using them as everyone goes online and customer service drops.Haven't had any issues but it's hard when you dont get the proper interaction from banks like you used to. Parking is nearby but as this is a high street location being handy isn't always what everyone wants.”
