“Staff there if needed but the lack of outside ATMs is a pain as now everything is done using them as everyone goes online and customer service drops.Haven't had any issues but it's hard when you dont get the proper interaction from banks like you used to. Parking is nearby but as this is a high street location being handy isn't always what everyone wants.”

“I came in to do a CHAPS payment as a different branch of Santander had been disappointingly unsuccessful due to typing in a faulty reference number a few days prior. The staff in this branch helped me efficiently, and furthermore didn't charge me the CHAPS fee again given the mistake by their colleagues elsewhere which was really excellent customer service. Would recommend here for easy and competent banking!”
