We went in to the store yesterday for five bags of base coat render and the same amount of magnolia top coat. Reception staff were very helpful and patient giving me good guidance. After the purchase we were sent to the warehouse to collect the order, I apologise for not having taken names but the big guy who helped us in the warehouse was simply the most helpful and friendly person ever. Thank you very much for all your help and friendly service along with very competitive prices. You will definitely have a return customer in me.

We recently bought 4 bulk bags of river pebbles for our garden. There was a misprint on the website the bulk bags were on at less than cost price by mistake and they honoured this price even though they were making a loss. The guy my wife spoke to (Graeme Little) at the falkirk yard was really friendly and helpful. The stones were delivered early today and the delivery driver was really friendly and a bit of character. Cannot fault their customer service at all. We are really impressed by Huws Gray Falkirk and their staff. More and more these days it harder to find good customer service but all the staff we spoke to were exceptional. First class service

Great service from buildbase. Had a query re amount of materials required for an area of concreting, this was the only place able to provide this answer via Robert Wright (had tried other companies to no avail). Service was great from quotation to delivery, small issue was very quickly and easily resolved. Will definitely use buildbase again for any future projects.
