Drove 30 mins to collect specific product paid for it waited 25 mins for a free forklift driver to find out they don’t have the right product total waste of my time ?

We went in to the store yesterday for five bags of base coat render and the same amount of magnolia top coat. Reception staff were very helpful and patient giving me good guidance.
