Never had any problems collecting any prescription and having seen what the staff have to deal with in regards to some customers attitudes, along with the undesirable clientele they also have to deal with increase in pressure from GPs not dealing with patients and sending them to the store instead to be dealt with. Checked with assistant filling shelves if one queue even if I just want to make a purchase, yes so would have to wait in long queue for those collecting prescriptions. Decided to leave items, can't be too hard to have someone to serve for just a purchase. Went to Savers where other staff went on till to help with queue... read full comment

Absolutely dreadful service. Ignored completely by staff. Not a sorry to keep you waiting or I'll be with you on a minute. I walked out, went elsewhere and certainly won't be back.
