I have tried ringing bank of Scotland Falkirk and Stirling 8 times and not answer from anyone.

There are more staff greeting customers at entrance than serving.There is always queues.No idea why 4 staff have to wait at door to greet customers.

An absolute shambles of a branch. I have been a customer for over 40 yrs and have watched it deteriorate especially over the past 6 yrs. Staff are now meeters and greeters instead of serving customers standing in queue.
