While Michael and Mike at the trade desk are incredible, it is difficult to highlight just a few, as the whole team are exceptional.Friendly and welcoming, service with a smile, going above and beyond is what they do! Many a time I've gone in late at night, and instead of trying to rush me out so they can close, they help without complaint. Jayne even went out of her way, to rectify the mistakes of staff in another branch, by taking her own car and collecting the goods and delivering them to me on site!They strive for excellence on a daily basis, and it is clear that it is done for the benefit of the customer rather than for Praise or recognition.I was delighted that the Ellon branch opened because it would make my job easier, but now I'm glad they're there because the staff make life a joy!The only slight criticism is that the mobile signal is rubbish in the area, and there's no WiFi, making it ridicule to use the app in our around the actual store.”
