"Please be reminded that we have a zero tolerance policy including rudeness to staff" Perhaps if your staff didn't suck at their jobs this would be less of a problem. Having that drivel parroted at me over and over while on hold just makes ME want to be rude to them.

Awful gp, awful people. My two year old has an ongoing infection and they don?t care. She had high fever and no one called me back. We pay our taxes for this awful people who sit and do nothing. The receptionists are a disgrace in gp?s.

I don?t have the time to list my 15+ complaints but I?ll summarise it as lazy staff all around. Making the patient do their communications for them and coming up with excuses not to do things. Discriminatory behaviour consistently. Forgetting to send letters and causing missed appointments. Ignoring medical notes. List goes on. Every GP is understaffed and still do better.

Very poor service, rude and lazy receptionist who are thinking that they are better than Doctors!!!!They didn't aloud my dad to see his Doctor (he has heart failure) and we ended up in hospital!!!! There is a loads to write about receptionist!!! Still waiting for manager to reply about all this situation.If you want to sort your stuff the way how it should be please start record phone calls, and let them know that you are doing that!!! What a great service you will get and appointment with doctor as well.If I could I would rate this practice 0!!! Maybe they will change something but I can't see this. I'm thinking that papers will be happy to hear all story's about this place.P.S. I'm sure some of the Doctors are not aware what very nice ladies on the reception are doing . How they are treating others and not aloud people to see Doctors.

I don't think I need to share my health problems with the receptionist but they simply don't let you get a call back from the gp unless you do so. Worst is the only way to get through is to phone at half 8 in the morning. Then you need to be in queue for about 20 min if you're lucky. Then you need to have your phone on your all day to make sure you don't miss the call back from the gp. Then you have to be lucky to be seen. The problem is with this system that you have to take the day off work and often another day for when you get your actual app. Low of people can't effort that.And don't get me started on getting an app for the kids who have to have their phone on in class to get a call back from the gp!! Insane

Had to either speak with a GP or nurse. Phoned first thing. 15th in the queue but the calls seemed to be dealt with quite quickly. Very nice receptionist listened to my query didn?t ask intrusive questions advised I would receive a call back sometime in the morning. GP called got an appointment that afternoon very nice lady GP didn?t feel as though the stop clock was on. Excellent service. Can?t thank them enough.

Im with this Practice 4 years and haven?t had a good experience yet?Today for example- I have called in to cancel my cervical screening test for obvious reasons (this time of the month) and the administrators reaction was: ?well, we are SCREAMING for these appointments?.. it?s not my fault that I couldn?t come yet comment was made.I think that administration staff should not comment on medical/health aspects as they are not trained doctors or nurses. Overall, no one ever smiles in there, inside is always like a ghost town yet ?they are very busy?.Perhaps e-consultation would be better as it was done through pandemic. Then, they could filter some of calls and wouldn?t have to speak to patients like they are a nuisance plus I would not have to talk to secretaries about my health as I think is inappropriate.

Always polite on the phone and do their best to get you seen. Best medical practice i have delt with. If you think its bad here, try going down south and getting a doctors appointment.. you would be dead before you get seen ?
