"Please be reminded that we have a zero tolerance policy including rudeness to staff" Perhaps if your staff didn't suck at their jobs this would be less of a problem. Having that drivel parroted at me over and over while on hold just makes ME want to be rude to them.

Awful gp, awful people. My two year old has an ongoing infection and they don’t care. She had high fever and no one called me back. We pay our taxes for this awful people who sit and do nothing. The receptionists are a disgrace in gp’s.
