A bit over priced especially for the January sales. Not much room to move around as the aisles were packed with stock, everything was a bit thrown in together. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite

In on the morning of the 19th of December, staff behind the till we're extremely rude and unhelpful and wouldn't provide a gift receipt. Poor experience all round.

Got my daughter running shoes and boots from this shop. Friendly staff.

As the other reviews, they don't refund if something doesn't fit and is returned promptly in perfect condition. I've looked into the law on this and they are absolutely within their rights (there's more rights if you purchase on-line). This rather begs the question why bother going into the physical store if there is less convenience. Sports Direct have a fairly bad reputation for the way they treat their staff and it looks like this extends to their customers too. I WILL BE darkening their door again in order to spend the £53 voucher I have been forced to have, but NEVER AGAIN AFTER THAT. I am also hoping that this, with the other review will cost SD at least £53 in lost sales........ Avoid at all costs!!!

This shop is useless especially with returning things I bought a rain suit for my son it was too big and there was no other sizes so I wanted to return it and buy it elsewhere but no no their policy is either swap it for something else or get a sports direct voucher like I just want my own money back especially people that are already in poverty sports direct you should really consider refunding people if there not happy about the item instead of swapping or getting a silly voucher I know I won?t be going back

Sizing is very funny I bought crocs and they are away to big missus asked size and they gave her a size too big. Would not return because I tried them on at home in the house. Size 8 labelled to 9 then size 7 labelled at 8 As you can tell my crocs are still new. 100 percent avoid all the shop want is money and they also don?t refund any faulty items once you shop there and if something is wrong you will only receive a voucher to spend for there shop absolute robbery.

bought rollerscates and some joging trousers, all size smaller than should be, tried rollerscates in garded to realise the quality was so poor that they were bending during standing and furher usage was to dangerous, went back to return it and been told they cannot take it back and for trousers gave me credit instead money back to my account.....bigest scam ever where customer have totally no rights and been denied to get own money back

My husband was in the Elgin store tonight and presented his Veteran?s card ( which he had used in Inverness store ) they refused it and told him it was for only serving personnel and he was told then to go back to Inverness , the bald headed assistant was extremely rude and arrogant and I suggest that he reads about the card , avoid this store .

Went to buy a pair of shoes I had looked at earlier online, found them in store happy enough. Stood and waited for someone to ask me if I needed a hand, tried to make eye contact with people to get their attention, nothing..... 6 people at the tills though.... No customers at the till. No. Shop is perfect but this was just a bit daft. Enough people ignored me thst I thought they might tell someone who wasn't busy to serve.

Went in this morning for new trainers, and there was only one member of staff helping multiple customers find sizes, clearly stressed, as I overheard him say he couldn't get more than one size for a customer as he was helping multiple people. Which I do get, having worked in retail for many years. I found my trainers myself and went to the till to pay and the girl serving wasnt very friendly. Both members of staff clearly didn't want to be there.

Sports direct has great offers on all things sportswear however the stores feels quite crammed. The staff are very helpful tho and this is the stores saving grace. Good for sportswear as it's pretty much the only place avaliable nowadays.

Pretty small with limited selection. Went in for trainers foe my younger son, nothing in his size that wasn't girly or overly bright. We wanted basic white trainers (didn't mind what brand) they didn't have any even though loads online.

It's busy bustling, stock full to the brim and a sensory overload, but it has good variety of things and I pop in now and then to check out their sporting apparel.I don't care so much for the clothes, the footwear variety is good but I've found the karimore footwear often has soles that are too hard a compound of rubber so they are not too grippy and less forgiving and wear out quite quickly.I like the work wear selection as I find it is what I'm wearing more and more nowadays as I wear out normal materials. The cycling accessories I really like, the camping and travel accessories are always worth a gander and I've been tempted a few times to get a fishing rod for when I'm away on my adventures.Staff friendly enough, often seem busy but do help well. All in all it does what you expect, it crams alot into its four walls. The one in inverness is much larger and is spread out more which I find much easier to navigate physically and visually to purouse their wears.Ta

No service. When I found someone very unhelpful. Didn't have my size, other pair tied together so couldn't walk or lace them up. Nobody around to ask. Left.

One of your staff thinks it's appropriate to give dirty looks to a 3 Yr old. Try saying excuse me maybe. It helps
