this is the 2nd time ive been to sports direct in elgin in moray scotland. i went in to buy some trainers. the first time i went in i could see something was off. A shoe that was on display. the makers was puma there was glue all over then the uper was very baggy and the stitching was very messy and the sole was very shiney...

First and last time I will be attempting to shop here.
Male staff standing around yapping, when I asked them for assistance they were rude, unhelpful and dismissive.
Management need to teach their staff some customer service.
