Blunt receptionists, don?t ring back (after telling you they would). Have to wait 3 weeks for a reply. Don?t always get prescriptions even though they?ve been requested?

The receptionist stuff are Unpleasant so rude I had to give one star I wanted to give none shame really as the doctors themselves are lovely , management really need to give the receptionist more training on how to speak to people correctly .

Since registering here I have felt nothing but cared for. I haven't had felt cared for by a GP practice like this for years.There was no problem getting my secondary health care referrals done and I've had a self care care plan sent for a condition that I'd forgotten I even had.After years of neglect I think I've hit gold.Thank you Mary Hill GP Practice ?

Very rude receptionist, she kept saying "I will stop you there"and she discontented me without explanation

The receptionist was very rude when I went in to tell them I'd missed an asthma clinic appointment due to being ill, and she had the cheek to roll her eyes at me! Then I explained I needed a new inhaler and I asked for a repeat and she kept directing me towards filling out this forms, which I've never had to do. Overall rude, abrupt and to be honest, cheeky. I wish it was easy to change docs purely because the fact it's not the first time I've had a problem with the reception staff at this doctors!! Also, just to let the doctors know.. adding a bit at the beginning of your automated system about the reception staff doesn't make it any less annoying and make them any less rude!!!!
