The receptionist stuff are Unpleasant so rude I had to give one star I wanted to give none shame really as the doctors themselves are lovely , management really need to give the receptionist more training on how to speak to people correctly .

Since registering here I have felt nothing but cared for. I haven't had felt cared for by a GP practice like this for years.There was no problem getting my secondary health care referrals done and I've had a self care care plan sent for a condition that I'd forgotten I even had.After years of neglect I think I've hit gold.Thank... read full comment
