Going downhill. Used to be so helpful and able to provide advice. Now every time I come in, the lady just says 'no' to everything I ask for, and even when they have the colour I need, she first responds with,'we probably don't have it' before even checking and finding it. Great service extremely helpful and friendly staff with a good knowledge of the paints available. The shop is well stocked too.Will definitely be back .
