“Popped in past today with my granddaughter, she had her eye on a new piano, she was able to try out a couple, nothing was too much trouble for the helpful staff they were more than happy to answer any questions we had, and the best part was it was delivered to her house less than an hour after we left the shop. “Visited to return birthday clothes, didn't fit. As a gift with receipt asked for refund please. Unfortunately store policy changed as of 1st march only 14days to return, missed deadline by 3days. But manager very kindly oblige on this occasion, thanks.”

“as a disabled shopper i cant understand what the one star review is about.my experience was one of the best, i first rang in the morning explained what the job was and asked for advice i was given what could only be explained as a completely encyclopedic knowledge and understanding of their range and the options available the only thing i could not do on the phone was choose the color i then asked for their name so i would get the same guy and not have to go through the whole thing again only to find i was talking to the van driver and he maybe out on a delivery he said he reserve the mix base i would need and inform a colleague of my requirements,this was the case when i turned up the guy i dealt had had passed on the relevant information i sorted the color whole thing from arrival to finish was no more than a few minutesi am more than happy and would give six stars if possible the two staff that i dealt with are a tremendous asset to this store !!!!!”
