I had a phone to send back to Google and I was unsure how to package it safely and securely, but I didn't need to have worried as Lewis was absolutely fantastic - he helped me cover it in Bubble wrap and then put into a bigger box and then taped it all up too. Horrendously overpriced. Same things can be bought elsewhere in same retail park for a lot less. I would avoid this purely based on the principal the business is obviously price gouging. If I could rate 0 I would.
