Worst experience ever. Rushed in for end of life medicine for my father that GP had faxed over. They gave me an incomplete prescription. Nurses administering realised and called them. Rushed back, no apology, no empathy, made out it was my fault and made me wait 15 minutes despite having been called by DR. Disgusting. Agree... read full comment

This has to be the worst pharmacy in Edinburgh if not UK. The staff is incompetent and giving wrong information about the medicine order. Truly disappointing and annoying. I feel sorry for the one star I had to give!

The staff are amazing. They work hard constantly, but are kind and go out of their way to solve problems. Even the ones created by the GP surgeries. They are very decent people and deserve encouragement from their customers and employers.
