In the 2 months since I switched to TSB they have allowed someone to open a fraudulent account with the same details as me, failed to send me a debit card (3 times), and are now refusing to pay the switch incentive because I haven't used my non-existent debit card in time. Absolutely crooked.
Terrible customer service. TSB bank has locked my business bank account for 2 weeks and have been useless at getting me access back to it. I have been on the phone with them everyday and sent them multiple mails via first class delivery but yet nothing has been resolved.
