very poor customer service, we went to the store 2 staff members at the front one must have been either team leader or manager were having fun we said hi but no response we wonder around but couldnt get any attention so just left again no bye too they make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome , there was lady with kids...

I recently visited this store to purchase a pair of New Balance shoes, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The staff member who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. Their attitude made it feel like they had no interest in helping customers or making a sale.
