Not very cooperative customer service. This is not true of all members of staff, but by and large the culture seems to be one of overcharging and not trying to help customers get the services they actually want.

Consistently overcharges and is often rude. I asked for tracked and signed for and was charged £7.35. It should be £4.80. When I asked why it was more than the price online, I was told 'they don't offer that service. Checked my receipt and I've been charged for special delivery.
