The woman who works there seems quite abrupt and rude. I've had several negative experiences but the last time I was there, she looked at me but didn't acknowledge me for the first minute, then said 'give me the parcel', then 'show me the code', without a please, thank you or a smile. I left like I was being an inconvenience... read full comment
